Meghan Markle is celebrity chic with high-tech bracelet to ‘relieve stress’
Meghan Markle recently stepped out in the sunny California weather wearing a giant coat and a cashmere shawl but what caught the attention of many fans was her stress relief patch.
The Duchess of Sussex also attended Taylor Swift’s Los Angeles concert last week with her British friend Lucy Fraser. Meghan Markle‘s husband Prince Harry is off on his Asia trip. He first arrived in Japan on August 9 and was off to Singapore on August 12. After jamming at the recent Taylor Swift concert, the Duchess stepped out for a day time errand in Montecito recently. While she was decked in a designer ensemble from head to toe, what caught the attention of many fans was a mysterious patch on her wrist.

While Meghan looked every bit as chic as princess, the patch on her wrist raised a lot of questions. On the wrist of her left arm the Duchess sported a white and blue patch. Hello Magazine notes that the former royal was wearing a NuCalm Biosignal Processing Disc. Its device meant to alter our brain’s neuro chemistry leading to decreased stress and increased relaxation. NuCalm notes that the disc is like having a “remote control for your brain.”
Talking to Hello, NuCalm’s CEO Jim Poole said he knew about Meghan being a customer of their Biosignal Processing Disc. “We know who all our NuCalmers are,” he said. The high-end device has apparently been very popular among celebrities for years. It is famously known to “lower their stress, improve sleep quality, and increase their focus with no drugs – using patented, clinically proven neuroscience.”
For the curious, the discs cost $80 for a pack of 20 and $400 for pack of 100. The company’s CEO stated, “Meghan is using NuCalm’s clinical strength biosignal processing disc on her inner left wrist to slow down the stress response by presenting the brain and body with GABA, the body’s natural amino acid that slows down adrenaline.”
Duchess looks chic during latest outing
Despite the cancellation of Meghan’s Spotify podcast and reports of the Sussexes’ Netflix deal hanging by a thread, Meghan and Harry don’t seem to be short on cash.
During her recent outing in Montecito, the Duchess donned an over $5000 designer duds (per Page Six). The Duchess of Sussex also sported a camel-colored Max Mara Raspoli Coat — which averages around $1,625. She topped it with a blue-and-tan printed cashmere Hermès Rayures D’Ete Shawl that costs approximately $1,225.
She tossed a pair of white pants under it all and had her long black hair open.
Prince Harry was shopping for his wife in Tokyo
After his Japan business commitments came to an end, Prince Harry it some local stores with his friend Nacho Figueras.
The Argentine polo player took to his Instagram posting a goofy picture with his royal pal. “Shopping for our wives,” Nacho, 46, wrote in his Instagram caption as the two sported a pair of sunglasses. They were surrounded by backpacks, pens, slippers, and more as they modeled a pair of sunglasses.
