Linda Hogan says having a younger man makes her feel sexy

As is the custom when one gets divorced, Linda Hogan sat down with a reporter for ABC and talked all about her marriage to Hulk, what ended it, and all the love she feels for her 20-year-old baby faced boyfriend Charlie Hill. She also was forced to defend herself against internet allegations that she’s a gold digger and low class. While she did her best to rebut the gold digger claims, she actually started rambling a bit and talked herself INTO admitting she’s low class. Which was priceless. Here’s more about Linda’s tacky style and cougar love.

On allegations that she’s low class:
Hogan: “Low class? Maybe the way I dress, but that’s all. No, I’ve got blonde hair, I’ve got the long acrylic nails, but I wouldn’t say low class, maybe just a product of the eighties.”

On her deep love for 20-year-old boyfriend Charlie Hill:
Interviewer: “Do you feel that it’s an unusual relationship”
Hogan: “Totally. It’s definitely weird.”
Interviewer: “Do you love him?”
Hogan: “[Softly] Yeah, I do. And he’s young – you know, I know he’s young. And I’m old.”
Interviewer: “Does it bother you at all, when it’s written in the tabloids ‘Cougar Queen’?”
Hogan: “No. It’s kind of a fad now. Like, cool, I’m finally in style.”
Interviewer: “Does having a younger man make you feel sexy?”
Hogan: “I have to say it does.”

On Brooke publicly accusing her of abusing drugs:
Hogan:“Brooke was so far out of touch with what was real. I’ve told her many times, [unintelligible] ‘Brooke, just come back, I wanna be your mom, I wanna be there for you, I wanna be a part of your life. I mean I love you, I raised you.’

For me the strangest part of the whole interview came when the interviewer asked Linda if she loved Charlie, and her voice got all soft and mushy – without being cheesy at all – and she said “Yeah, I do.” Because if it were anyone else saying that in that tone, I’d say they sounded truly genuine. But I mean it’s Linda Hogan… I don’t want to get conned here. But it was so strange to witness what seemed like this genuine moment of vulnerability from her. She sounded like anyone else in love. And I hate to give her too much leeway here, but I think she actually might be. She’s been with Charlie for over a year. She’s had enormous consequences because of it – like the loss of her relationship with Brooke. He doesn’t have any money or fame or power. Really the only thing she could be using him for is sex, and it seems like it would have run its course by now if that’s all there was to it. Now he might very well be using her. But I think she has actual love for him.

Now I feel sick to my stomach. Love. Yuck.
