List of SC cases to be placed before Attorney General first, says Centre

New Delhi, Oct 2 (IANS) The Centre has issued a notification directing that the listing of Supreme Court instances be positioned first earlier than the Attorney General for selecting the matters in which he considers his look to be important.

“ln recognize of instances earlier than the Supreme Court, the list of instances on each day basis, will first be positioned earlier than the Ld. Attorney General for India for the motive of his deciding on the topics in which he considers his appearance to be vital.

The list of cases will thereafter, be located before the Ld.
