Kate Hudson has a new boyfriend
The latest buzz over Kate Hudson hasn’t been about her dating life for once, but about her slightly larger-looking boobs. US Weekly claims she had plastic surgery, and others think she might just have gained weight. There’s also speculation that she’s pregnant. After seeing photos showing her with a slightly larger tummy yesterday I’m curious but am not convinced that she’s pregnant. It would explain her bigger boobs for sure, though. We’ll have to wait and see.
According to US Weekly, Kate has a new boyfriend and is moving just as fast with the guy as she usually does. She said to be dating hotelier Jeff Soffer, 42. She also spent the night at his home with her son, but it was a night that Soffer wasn’t there. Maybe she’s just friends with the guy although it sounds like more and US claims they’re dating. Soffer was last linked to Elle Machpherson:
After splitting with her baseball player beau Alex Rodriguez last December, Kate Hudson, 31, is seeing a new hotshot: Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau hotel owner Jeff Soffer, 42. “They are dating,” a Soffer source says. “It’s been maybe a month.” The businessman was previously linked to Elle Macpherson, 47. (they were spotted on a Christmas ski trip in Aspen – Hudson was in town too!) but “Jeff and Elle are done,” the source adds. In fact, Hudson is comfortable at Soffer’s $60 million, 24,217 square foot Miami Beach house. A source says though he wasn’t home April 10, she bunked at his pad with son Ryder, 6. “Jeff and Kate have been friendly for two years,” adds another insider. “He’s had a thing for her and would get excited when A-Rod would tell stories about her.” Her rep tells Us, “Mr. Soffer is a close friend of Kate and her family.”

So if Kate’s pregnant she’s probably more than a month along and it’s not Soffers. I doubt she is as I’ve been mistakenly thought she was pregnant in the past, but we’ll see. There are people who will bash her getting involved with another guy so soon, but it’s been four months since she split with A-Rod. That means she waited a whole three months before she got seriously involved with someone else, and for Kate that’s progress, right?
I think Kate is kind of clueless when it comes to her love life, but that doesn’t mean I have ill feelings toward her. She gets a lot of grief for her dating habits and tends to get into relationships that burn fast and then sizzle out. I hope she’s happy, and that she finds someone she can be with for the long haul.
