Jon Gosselin & Hailey Glassman are still together, Kate cries
It looks like yesterday’s report from In Touch Weekly was wrong – Hailey Glassman and Jon Gosselin are still very much together. In Touch had a source who claimed that Hailey dumped Jon after his trip to Las Vegas (with his mom!). The source said Hailey told Jon “She couldn’t trust him.” The source also said, regarding Jon‘s relations with other women, “He lied to her about Kate Major… He would go out and return wearing totally different clothes… Hailey would question Jon about it, and he’d just say he had spilled a drink on himself…She doesn’t want to deal with that.” While some or parts of this could be true – especially about the general womanizing douchiness of Jon – Hailey still hasn’t quit her guy. On Thursday, Jon spent the day showing Hailey around his hometown of Wernersville, Pennsylvania. They hung out, went to a diner, and “looked like two people in love.”

The two had breakfast at a local diner in the morning and later borrowed a friend’s ’68 Chevelle to drive around sightseeing.
They stopped at Blue Marsh Lake in nearby Leesport, Pa., where they parked for a bit before heading back.
“They definitely looked like two people in love,” a source tells Us. “They were both laughing and smiling and just enjoying being together finally without worrying about being seen. They kissed and held hands a lot.”
Earlier in the week, Jon, 32, told ABC News he loves Hailey more than Kate. He called Hailey – who is the daughter of the surgeon who performed Kate’s 2006 tummy tuck – the “polar opposite” of his estranged wife.
“I get encouragement from her, I get respect from her. Two things that a man needs,” he said. “This is someone, I mean, like soul mate — like people joke about that. But I’m not joking about that.”

Aww… they really are “soulmates” right? Barf. Another sign that Jon and Hailey are back on? Apparently, Kate Gosselin was seen “crying hysterically”. The reason? Jon told Kate that he thinks it’s time he brought Hailey around to spend some time with the kids. The beaver hair just exploded again, I think:
Jon told Kate on Thursday that he’s planning to bring girlfriend Hailey Glassman to their Pennsylvania home very soon to spend time with their children, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
That news devastated Kate, who told a Pennsylvania pal that she broke down and cried hysterically while talking to Jon.
Kate thinks it’s too soon for the kids to be introduced to their father’s girlfriend. She asked Jon to consider the kids’ emotions and how hard it is for them to deal with their parents divorce. In Kate’s view, adding a parent’s new romantic interest into the equation right now is simply too much.
Jon spent Thursday with Hailey, 22, but took time out of his day to call his soon-to-be-ex-wife and tell her that he soon will be bringing Hailey to the Wernersville home where the kids stay while Jon and Kate take turns living there. The reality show couple’s divorce is scheduled to be finalized this month.
It was simply too much for Kate and she broke down.
“I think Jon is incredibly insensitive for doing this,” Kate’s pal from Pennsylvania told RadarOnline.com. “This came out of nowhere. It took Kate totally by surprise.” And it wasn’t a happy surprise either.
When Kate cried Jon was hardly sympathetic – in fact he was downright nasty. Another source familiar with the Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars says, “Jon thinks Kate is a big drama queen and turns on the tears to get sympathy.”

See… I think my problem is that I have a hard time feeling any sympathy for Kate. I totally acknowledge that Jon is a total douche, but I can’t help but also acknowledge that some (repeat: some) of Jon’s criticisms of Kate are totally and utterly valid. I don’t throw the word “harpie” around too often, but I think I shall in Kate’s case. Kate is a piece of work, to put it kindly. And I do think she was pulling the waterworks for the cameras. Does that make me jaded? Whatever. Anyway, this is the reason I want the Gosselins to go away – I don’t have a dog in this hunt, you know? I hate them both.
