Erika Jayne Takes A Hit In Court Proceedings

Erika Jayne‘s legal problems seem to be getting worse, not better.

There’s a case building against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, although she’s maintained her innocence since the news dropped about Tom Girardi‘s crimes. Lawyers for Tom’s victims are now claiming that they have proof that links Erika to the stolen money, but it is unclear what exactly they have on her.

Now, Erika is taking a hit in court.
