Chelsea Houska Gets Her Own HGTV Show 'Farmhouse Fabulous'

Since leaving Teen Mom 2, Chelsea Houska has been putting a lot of effort into her home.

Now, it seems like all her hard work has really paid off – she’s just landed her own show with HGTV called ‘Farmhouse Fabulous!’
