He was born on January 20, 1997, in Los Angeles, California, as Johnathan Porter.

His parents moved about a lot when he was a kid, so he went to a lot of different schools. Despite telling his mother that he would not participate in gang activities, he did so, following in his older brother’s footsteps. He finally became a member of the crip gang. While he had minor run-ins with the law, his brother bore the brunt of the punishment.
