Ariana Grande gets a Bee tattooed to support Manchester after the hugely successful One Love Concert!
- Ariana Grande put on a successful benefit concert “One Love Manchester” on June 4th, 2017 for the support of the bomb attack victims raising about $3 million.
- That was not the only support shown by Ariana to the victims.
- She even got a tattoo of a bee, which symbolizes Manchester, after the three-hour concert.
The Bee Tattoo
The singer and her team got the tattoo at the local tattoo parlor- Manchester Ink. Many people had inked themselves with the ink tattoo to show their unity and join the support for the Manchester victims. From now, Ariana is also among those tattoo holders.
The report says that she chose the shop to show her never-ending support and the tattoo artists were really touched by her.
The insect has been symbolizing the city’s industrial roots and the busy workers in the city’s textile mills in British since at least 1842.
The insect is also featured on Manchester’s coat of arms which was often described as “Hives of Activity”.
Manchester Suicide Bomb Attack
There was a suicide-bomb attack on May 22 at about 10:30 pm right after the end of Ariana’s concert as a part of her Dangerous Woman Tour at the Manchester Arena, where about 22 people died and 59 got injured.
It was a very much disturbing incident for the people not only in Manchester but for the people throughout the world.
Though Ariana was not physically harmed, she was mentally disturbed and it was reported that she cried the whole night after that incident.
She even suspended her Tour and flew back to her mother’s home in Florida. She shared her thoughts on Twitter saying that she was broken and sorry to lose all those precious people at her concert.
